Holder of the prestigious Million Dollar Guild award from the exclusive Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Urbainczyk leads this new luxury division which serves the 5-county greater Orlando area. The purpose of this new division is offer the ability to efficiently auction luxury homes from $500,000 and up.
After much analysis, we find the greater Orlando area market is ripe and underserved for a luxury portfolio auction company. Therefore, we are pleased to take the lead in providing this service.
