Luxury Auctions International Adds 350-Acre Parcel Adjacent to Disney to Upcoming March 15th Auction

Orlando, FL –February 19th, 2008: Gitta Urbainczyk, team leader of Gitta’s Real Estate Team (a Keller Williams Heritage Realty team located in Lake Mary, Florida) and Dudley Brown, President of Luxury Auctions International LLC, a Luxury Real Estate Auction Marketing Division within Gitta’s Real Estate Team, announced the addition of a 350-acre land parcel to Luxury Auctions International. The parcel is located on the West side of Disney and South of the Orange County National Golf Center situated between the Western Beltway 429 and Avalon Rd 545. It will be included as part of the auction. The inclusion of this property along with homes, condos, and other vacant land brings the value of the March 15th auction to well over the $100 million mark.
